How ya feelin girl?   Ooooh, I'm soooo scared! It's not the gremlins I look out for, it's the ogre!  Although yesterday he walked in, and noticed my new haircut.  He actually complimented me and said it looked nice.  Believe me, the good mood and niceness won't last more than a day or two. B - banana and peanut butter S - protein shake L - leftover grilled chicken thigh, broccoli with cheese S - protein bar D - grilled fish, garlic mashed taters, and salad S - protein shake (while watching the Hornets kick the Spurs' butts - I hope!) Hi All, just returned from my first nut. visit...found out that my insurance requires 6 nut.visits before they'll look at my case. Anyway, has anyone tried the stallone pudding? It is pack with protein but how's the taste? I actually lost 4# since my appt with the surgeon 4 or 5 wks ago..I was concerned that I would've gained and the surgeon says I cannot gain one pound before surgery. But now that I know my surgery won't be for at least 6 months, I'm not going to sweat it so much. My nut. advised me not to buy a weight scale. I have to work on finding a way to get food and liquids into my work day. I work with blood products so can't have drinks or food nearby. I get one or two 15 min breaks a shift. I'm going to try something today and hopefully I can work this out. I just had my breakfast quick so I can leave for work soon. I'm not going to list my meals till I'm post-op. I do enjoy reading all your meals tho...it gives me lots of ideas for the future.  Have a great day everyone..off to work! Alice

Hi Alice, sounds like you have lots of time to get used to your new life. I know for me, it had to be gradual, sort of like a dope addict withdrawing from drugs...smile. Good luck to you, looking forward to hearing more from you.
