Does anyone have any thoughts on potato bags? use them? like them? don't like them? I'd like to hear some thoughts on them. Thanks in advance.

wow..hadnt thought about potato bags in many years!

I still remember those earthy-smelling, scratchy, brown burlap potato bags that came up to my armpits...we raced..hopping...while standing inside a potato bag...they were called the SACK RACES!  ...all part of our school Field Day sports *s*

I use mine when I'm in a hurry and love it. The potatoes come out really nice. A friend made mine.

My FIL was in the hospital for 4 days, came home then 4 days later had surgery. The surgery went well but it has all been very hard on him. He ended up being in the hospital for the surgery for 5 days and was only supposed to be there for 1. We are adapting and trying to help him get on his feet again. Thanks so much for asking. PS- the box is on its way- it went out last week which was a lot later than I had hoped so  I apologize to every one that it has affected!

I'm so glad things are getting better for him, hopefully there will be light at the end of the tunnel for you, I know how it is dealing with family.....

And my ever warped mind went straight to "potato chip bag." Now, what would you do with one of those? (Duh! Can't believe how imbedded that particular food craving is!)
