Happy Mother's Day to all Water, water and more water is on my menu today. I woke up yesterday with no voice and feeling like a truck had hit me. Still, we went to grandson's birthday party. I asked Tom to leave and take me to Convenient Care. I am sick with bronchitis and double ear infection. That might explain the increasing dizziness over the past few days.  Fever is making me HOT then shivering cold. Sure wish the meds would kick in and make me feel better. Back to bed -

I isolated yesterday, but it was a good day. The boys bought me lovely lovely purple flowers, and the play with Olivia was great, lots of memories.  Hang in there sis.I have some body things going on now, from my skin hanging from my belly, it is painful, and I must document.

Hope your Mother's Day was extra special! B - slice of Canadian bacon, cheese, and an over easy fried egg S - protein shake L - chicken salad with romain lettuce S - none D - older son grilled fish, chicken, and boneless pork ribs (almost ) also had steamed asparagus, mixed veggies, and a little garlic mashed taters S - probably a protein shake while watching the Hornets game Don't know what it is about grilled meat, it doesn't go down well the first day, but as leftovers - YUMMY.  George suggested next time I wait until the day after to eat it.  Good suggestion, but it just ain't fair.  Last week I tried making a home version of an egg mcmuffin and it wouldn't go down - I had a meltdown over it.  Yep, tears and almost to the point where I was regretting wls - almost, not quite!  My sweetie asked if I was sure I'd prefer an egg mcmuffin to my newfound health!  He's so smart, and knows the right words to jolt me back into reality.
