I'm not sure about being the first, but I plan to be there - where ever there might be!  Well, that's if the money lasts through Disney World in July.  Got my airline ticket.  My Mom and I are flying there to meet up with one of my sisters and her family, they'll be camping on DW grounds and we'll all drive home together!

HI Jan, I'm sure sorry to hear about hubby's teeth needing work.  That's the pits.  Our stimulus came last week and I promptly transferred it to savings.  I know it's going to "rain" around here soon and I'll have it for that "rainy" day.   Do you know if it is like the last time they did this and it affects next year's tax filing in any way?  I remember last time having to claim it and it caused alot of confusion for many of us. Excellent question, I hadn't thought about that.  If we have to claim it as income for 2008, I imagine they would send us a 1099 form after year-end.   I'll check it out.

No, you don't have to claim it. I remember editing a story on that.
