pity party with hot fudge sundae?

Congratulations Alice!!!  I'm sitting here with an iced coffee made with sf caramel syrup.  George and I went out for lunch (an early Mother's Day outing).  When we got home I said I really want something sweet!  He answered, well you should have said something, we could have stopped somewhere.  I told him he didn't understand, I'm trying so hard to get back to basics, and just because I WANT something doesn't mean I should have something.  I fixed my coffee, and came to check in with my OFF sisters and brothers!  I am so encouraged by your strength, and mine today!  One step at a time, one craving at a time!
