Karen, You will be missed!  However, you are off to an exciting experience with Brock and Brad and their new baby brother, whose arrival is imminent and they will both renew your energy and/or wear you down (lol) depending on the day. . .  and your son and DIL will be happy to have an extra pair of loving hands to help them.  Enjoy being TuTu and we will be waiting to hear of all your exciting adventures when you can get them to us! Lots of hugs and wishing you safe and happy travels, Laureen

Aloha beautiful Laureen.....I'm so antsy that I keep jumping up and doing a chore then back to look at OFF messages. I think I just need the warm human contact I feel in here. I'm nervous! I hate travel day....there are so many things that can go wrong. My mind set, of course, is back in the days when I was enormous and worried about fitting into the seats, about hanging over into someone else's space, and getting that damned seat belt buckled. I KNOW I don't have those worries any longer.....but the mind is a funny thing....it still records those feelings and I'm playing them back as I anticipate tonight at the airport.

Then I remember where I'm actually going and that a brand new whole beautiful human being who is my very own flesh and blood is coming into the world on Monday and everything else fades........and my anxiety about traveling is small potatoes compared to what I have waiting at the other end.

You all in here fill up such a huge place in my life.....and I'm so thankful for each and every one of you!

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen

Aloha darling Peg in red! I have been in and out of OFF all day....and in the between times I've been finishing packing, shining places that catch my eye, fluffing pillows......setting out kitty food, worry about my furbabies who are following me everywhere....they KNOW!!

I am packed, I am ready. Now all that's left is showering, dressing and dragging all my stuff out the door. You have all really spent the day with me....whether you know it or not......Ha! I've loved having you here with me. Thanks, love!

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen
