Hey Linda, Went to a support group last night. They had a platic surgeon give a presentation. Lots of pictures of sagging boobs. She looked like she was about 20 years old. Cute as a button. I'm just not there yet.
Cup-o-ambition. B- 2 oz cottage cheese. S-Protein Drink(21 grms) L-2 oz deli turkey and a laughing cow spreadable cheese and a saltine. S- Protein drink(21 grms) D-2 ox shredded chicken with tomato sauce and LF mozerella cheese.(yum) and a Protein shake(27grms) Lotsa water and 4 Multi chewable vitamins. I'm going to try and get in more water today, to see if I can lose some of this water in me. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
