Hump day....alright! Yesterday was a struggle for me. I do not do well when I do not have my sleep. I made awful decisions yesterday. I tried not to have to take a full dose of that darn steroid (*&^$$$##)_ me cussing!!! Today is a new day, thank God!! B- Cereal Bar, Cheese Stick S- Orange L- Turkey Sandwich D- Veggie Medley, Sliced Chicken, and Slivered Almonds Everyone tried to tell me I did not have enough food yesterday. When my disease is running high, I have a jaundiced eye!! Group HUG!!  Mother's Day Flowers  Heart Eyes Kisses  Carve A Tree Love Letter

Good morning, Linda, I hope you are feeling better and more in control today.  I feel for you on the lack of sleep, I had one of those "bad" nights last night, too.  Overall, I've slept better since my surgery, but still have one of those just can't sleep nights. B:Protein shake. L & D:Don't know, we are taking a guest to a big amusement park nearby, so could be anything. I'm going to be very careful about food today! Linda, Sleep is SO important! B: protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk S: 1 oz. Better Balance protein cereal w/ 1/3 c. skim milk & 1 banana L:  2 oz. catfish, 1/4 c. broccoli, 1/4 c. coleslaw made w/ light mayo S:  1/2 c. Mandarin cottage cheese D:  2 oz. chicken, 1/4 c. quinoa with spinach & feta cheese S:  4 oz. SF pudding Jean

I feel for you Linda, sleep deprived is no fun.  I'm working on 4 hours sleep per night the last 3 nights.  Add to that a monster headache and nausea this morning.    Here's to both of us feeling better! B - protein shake S - hard bioled egg and cottage cheese L - Nutrisystem chili beans S - yogurt D -   If I'm running late getting home I'll stop at the grocery and buy a rotisserie chicken to go with leftover potatoes and veggies S - cheese Debbie

Good Morning Sweet Linda. I am so sorry you didn't have a good day yesterday. Not getting enough sleep does me in too. Hope today is a brighter day!! I am doing well. I just wish the darn temps would get up into the 70s and stay there. I am tired of being cold!! Still sleeping with a blanket and two quilts on my bed!!  B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese S-banana L-fresh cod and a medley of veggies (last night left overs from Baker's Square) S-? D-sirloin steak tips with gravy and more of the medley of veggies S-SF Pudding (dark chocolate raspberry!!) Going out with friends tonight....our usual Wednesday night event. That is always a good time!  Love  and kisses    and hugs.....Boo...to you!!

Good morning. I hope that today is good for you. Please oh please take care of LInda and make sure you get your rest. Rest is so important to us but especially when you are ill too.  I am going to the grocery store this morning so I am hoping that Bill takes me out to lunch. lol He is going with me and so because of that I am giving him a big gift~the gift of packing and carrying the groceries. Am I not a sweet wife! B: 1 toast with cheese L: ? D: depends on what I get at the store but veggies with it S: ? Have a good one today LInda and I am sending up special prayers for you today. Love you my dear sweet friend and big hugs coming your way.
