Anybody got any WOW Moments to Share?

Today, at work, I was assisting a customer (on the phone).  I needed to fax her something.  I jogged through the building to the other department, then jogged to the copy machine.  One of the girls in the department said I was moving spritely and she had not seen that in me before.  And it did not even cause me to lose my breath.
