I have a bunch!
I can cross my legs.
There's room for me and two dogs (OK, small ones, but TWO of them) in my favorite armchair.
I can walk 30 min without getting out of breath.
I can shop for clothes in regular-size departments.
I had to move my car seat forward to drive comfortably - it used to be further back because there was so much of me jammed in there behind the steering wheel.
There's plenty of room in airplane seatbelts now.
I can fit in restaurant booths without any problem.
I can fit in theatre seats comfortably.
My rings are all loose.
I had to get a new medic alert bracelet because my old one fell off my wrist.
I had to change the fastening of my leather-strapped watch because my wrist is smaller.
My tops are no longer food-stained on the belly because my belly doesn't stick out as much.
When I was going through Immigrations on my return to the recently, the immigrations official told me I need a new passport photo.
My cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugar levels are all normal now.
A hospital admissions clerk told me I don't look anything like my drivers license photo when I registered to have blood work done recently. I can sit on the floor and then get up again without a crane to lift me. Jean
