IT TAKES 6 MONTHS TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS....

Oh I think we have the same gal at work.. But mine isn't nasty she is just curious ( she stared work after I lost all the weight) She sees me eat and says I eat just like her cousin who had WLS. I just say, smaller portions, eat often, protein meals, No cheating. I tell people " we all know how to lose the weight, it's just that we cheat" and they agree. This gal is big anf she keeps saying  she is going to go on protein but she never lasts more than a day( we all know how that goes.) Hamg in there and just keep doing what your doing..Blessings

I know people like that are a real PIA. I don't like people sticking their nose into my business either. Personally I won't care about people knowing once the surgery is over and I am getting my act together and all healed up, etc. It is funny though ... I told a couple neighbors what was going on and wouldn't ya know it! they both are going on diets now! KEEPING UP WITH THE JONES's
