 Good Morning my angel Linda,  My menu for the day is as follows: cup-o-ambition with a scoop of protein after(20 grms) B- 2 oz spinach quiche. S-protein drink(20 grms) L- 2 oz spinach quiche.  S-protein drink(20 grms) D- chicken and tomato sauce.  I'm going to my first support group here in Tucson tonight at 6:30 pm.  Wish me luck! Oh, and the quiche is made from Dreamgirls recipe!  Yumm!

Good afternoon, sweetie. I hope that today is going well for you. I am so sorry that you are so sore. I loved the way that you put it. I always tell my one girlfriend that if I told someone that they could pay me 50 cents they would expect change! So it sounds like you would do better than me. lol Today is just an odd day for me food wise. I want something but not sure what it is. I keep looking but haven't found out what yet. I sure hope I do. It will save me a lot of extra looking. lol B: slim fast low carb shake L: ? D: sloppy joe meat and veggies (I checked the sugar in it and it is      alright) S: ? Tonight is my wls support group meeting. It is on pre op body image. That should prove to be interesting. I still see myself as a fat person. There is times that I feel different but I still don't see it.  I hope that your day is good. Mine is alright. Not good but not bad either. Love and hugs go to you.

Hiya Bren, it is funny what tyou said about seeing yourself as a fat person, I am still fat, and some people have the nerve to tell me I am not!! Then there is the 10 pound water gain from the steroids, I have lost 2 of them already, but boy, do these swollen legs make me feel like I have gained 200 pounds back. I wonder if my head will catch up with my butt anytime soon..LOL. You guys help me so much. God bless you sweetie..love ya!

Good Afternoon my wonderful friend!! I tried to get here earlier today but it just didn't work out.  My job has been insane for the last two days. I will have all my hours in for this week if tomorrow is anything like the last two days!! Thats okay ....a long  weekend would be great!! I love your little opening line...you are so funny!! I love your spirit! I am concerned .....you don't seem to be eating much....is it really enough?? B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese S-apple L- sirloin beef tips in gravy and brocolli S-protein bar D-out with a friend...probably fish or seafood of some kind. S-strawberries and SF jello Hope you get bto feeling better and stronger everyday. I love you sweetie!!  and   Boo....to you!
