Oh, my, Linda! I hope you feel better today! I think I had a little dumping moment yesterday at work....not as horrible as some I've heard about, but apparently I can't eat everything as I thought, which is kinda good news for me. No change in menu...just not sure about dinner. You take care and I will be praying for your continued improvement in health, and honey, you are certainly worth way more than $2!!!! You crack me up! You are a treasure and you are priceless! Cheryl

ROFLOL  Good Morning, Linda! Love the analogy for how you feel!  I agree that you are worth much more than $2 and you'd still be sore.......   Not eating this morning until after I weigh in.  That should make it a short day for food! B-cheese and an apple (after the doctor's office) L-Salad w/chicken D-Meatballs and veggies S-protein bar (because I like them!) Hugs to you on this "real" Tuesday! Kathi

That's the best opening line ever!! You crack me up. You are eating rather light today .... is that enough to keep you going? No changes here. Just trying to keep warm. It hurts to be so cold all of the time. I kept a pair of my Dad's old socks and slip them on when I need the comfort. Gosh, what will I do if they wear out? Annette

Linda, I woke up at 2 am too hungry to go back to sleep, so I got up and ate about 1/4 c. cottage cheese and it got stuck!  Never had a problem with cottage cheese before, so now I'm wondering if the fill I got yesterday was too much.  Will proceed with caution today. B:  protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk S:  1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk L:  1 crabcake (gonna give it one more try), 1/4 c. coleslaw made w/ light mayo S:  1/2 c. butterscotch cottage cheese pudding D:  2 oz. catfish, 1/4 c. broccoli S:  4 oz SF pudding Jean

Linda, Yes, I usually do soups on my fill days.  I'm supposed to be on liquids for 24 hrs after a fill, so I was really pushing the limits yesterday.  That'll teach me! Jean
