My Weekend at the RYD Conference

What a wonderful weekend I had!  Went to a weight loss conference sponsored by www.rydobesity.com.   Those people were awesome.  And most of them were from the Texas Message Board here.  So nice to see, as one of the girls referred to us, "our computer people".   It was a refresher for the post ops, a what to look forward to for the pre ops.  There were speakers regarding plastic surgery, stomaphyx, cross-addictions, and so much more.  Ramon gave a riveting speech.     I will try to remember to bring my notes with me tomorrow so I can give more specifics.

Nope, Judy, I went.  Was so enthralled with the information I didn't even visit with people from online.  Paid my money, spent my time.... came home with a five pound goody bag...and a better insight into this journey thing. Only problem now is this 6 lb weight gain. Janet

THE ONE I WENT TO LAST YEAR WAS GOOD...BUT IT WAS MORE FOR THOSE THAT DIDN'T HAVE WLS YET....THE PLASTICS PART WAS INTERESTING THO....AND YES I CAME HOME WITH A BAG FULL OF GOODIES ALSO....

SORRY ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT GAIN...I AM STILL STUCK AT 194....GRRRRRRRRR I KNOW ITS MY FAULT TOO...JUST WISH I NEVER TRIED THE DAM COOKIES AND DONUTS!!!! I CAN TOLERATE THE SUGAR NO PROBLEM SO NOW I AM INTO THE JUNK EVERYDAY IT SEEMS!!!! WISH I WOULD GET SO DAM SICK ON IT JUST ONCE SO I WOULD LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!!! I AM GOOD AROUND OTHERS BUT NOT WHNE I AM ALONE....SIGHS.....
