Good morning all you gorgeous women and any handsome men who might stop by!  Linda, I'm so glad the swelling is down and you are rested. Busy weekend, lots of rain again Sat.  George and I ran errands and went to Mass.  Sun. he went fishing and I had some ME time - movie, a little shopping, treated myself to too many calories.  Today starts a fresh new day! B - 1 hard boiled egg, cottage cheese, and Splenda sweetened canned peaches S - protein shake L - Hey look we're having the same lunch!  veggie beef soup (found Nutrisystem heat and serve bucket type thingies at Big Lots - only 120 calories and 10 grams protein hope it's good), maybe a couple of wheat crackers S - protein shake or yogurt D - spaghetti sauce with cheese, spinach, salad S - protein shake or yogurt Deb

Good Tuesday #1, dear LInda. I am glad that you rested for the week end. I am also glad that you are doing better. We don't like it when one of our sisters is down. I am proud to be one of your rocks since you keep me from sinking many times too. We are here for each other since this journey we are on are individual but also we are in this together.  Today is going to be a easy one for me. Nothing but bible study tonight. The day is going to be home and housework for me. Tomorrow is going to be grocery store visits for me. I have to stock up on meat. But first one of the things I need to do is clean out the freezer. Can't get anything into it if I don't!!!!! Here it goes for today. Things may change but don't forsee it.  B: scrambled egg and cheese L: slim fast low carb shake D: 90% lean ground round made into something but what I am      not sure but there is going to veggies with it!! lol S: not sure Better get going. I hope that today is good for all and prayers are going up for everyone and special ones where needed. Love and hugs to you, darling Linda.

Brenda, you are so cute!!! I love keeping lotsa meat, that way I know I always have protein. I am trying to be strong and not let the devil get the best of me. I gained 10 pounds in water weight from the steroids, 2 were gone this morning!! Yeah!! I hope you enjoy your day, and that my Father blesses me through this one. Love ya!

Linda, I'm in a splendid mood today because I saw my bariatric surgeon this morning.  He said I'm doing great, gave me a badly needed fill, and told me how much younger I look now that I've lost weight.  That was especially nice coming from a cute guy who's younger than me! Because of the fill, I'm supposed to be on liquids for the rest of the day.  But I decided to try a leftover crab cake for lunch - never had a problem with crab cakes before, and they're soft, right?  Stupid idea!  It got stuck.  Now I know why I'm supposed to stick with liquids for 24 hrs after a fill.  So today's menu is: B:  1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk S:  protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk L:  2/3 of a danged crab cake S:  6 oz. light yogurt D:  1 c. black bean soup S:  4 oz. SF pudding Jean

Good Afternoon my Angel Linda!  I thought I posted to this earlier today, but no show, so here goes again. Cup-o-ambition, then protein drink( 20 grms) B- 2 oz, spinach quiche. s- Protein drink(21 gms) L- 2 oz spinach quiche(Dreamgirls recipe, yumm) S-Protein drink (21gms) D-2 oz spinach quiche(I love this stuff!)S- Protein Drink(20 gms)  I'm going to my first Support Group in Tucson tonight at 6:30 pm.  I just can't be driving up to Phoenix all the time. That's just crazy.  We'll let you know how it is.  Hugs back atcha!

Hi everyone.  Foods been eating me but my exercise bike and yard work is helping.  Working on getting myself together.  We eat out a great deal, especially in the summer but I have no excuses. Inatke - B - Protein bar.  L - Tuna packet w 1txp free mayo and 1tsp no sugar added relish,  D - (New mexican restaurant in town)  Beef taco salad with sour cream and guac, did not eat the shell.

 With  I will succeed.
