Need help to resize my picture

I want to change my picture on here and I tried to do it but it says the picture is to big. I remember when I posted my first picture I went to a website where they resized it for free. Does anyone out there remember the name of that site?

Now it has been 2 zillion times, The picture I want is there it just does not show up here. I am so frustrated about ready to delete all pics and just start over.
