Hope everyone had a great day.  My moriing was great.  I ate 3 egg whites and one turkey sausage patty for breakfast.  When outside and cleaned the car.  I was doing o****il I went to a congregation picnic.  I took the food I was supposed to bring, chicken and coleslaw.  Then I packed my lunch, gyro meat and mixed green salad, 2 bottles of water and a protein bar.  I was doing good until the brownies arrived.  Unfortunately I ate 3 super sized brownies.  I had so planned keep stric****ch on my food intake  this month.  However I am back on track.  I comitted no other food offenses.  Went to Lowes and bought plants.  The remainder of the day I spent digging and planting in the yard.  I may have worked off one of those brownies but I'm too tired to do any other exercise.  Until tomorrow.  Have a good night. Z
