Hi Linda, Those steroids can sure help us but at the same time can do lots of other not so great stuff. I used to have to be on them for my asthma. Made me have a never ending food pit in my stomach, but I sure got lots of housework done! I am going back to scrapbook all day till 10pm tonight. Had some red licorice and doritos last night. Went down just fine I'm sad to say. Did eat my good for me stuff too. I am trying to go back to sleep for a bit, been awake since 4am and didnt get to sleep till about midnight last night. Might go take a hot bath... and read a little. B-??? already had some coffee and toast S-yogurt and Kashi L-strawberries and some of what they have at scrapbooking S-yogert and Kashi D-mexican food at scrapping crop. Have a good Saturday! Cheryl

Good Saturday morning to you, dear Linda. I hope that you do good today and are feeling better. Darlene just said that milk thistle is good for the liver. What is that? I have never heard of it.  My neighbor who is going to be 90 in a couple of months was just over. She had Bill fix a bubble machine that she bought her great grandson for his birthday. Bill said something about batteries and she didn't even know that it took them. I felt like chuckleing but I did that to myself. Bill got it working. All you do is pull a trigger and the bubbles shoot out. I would have loved to have one those when I was a kid but back them all you had was a little tiny wand. lol Oh to have some of the cool stuff that is out now.  I am eating breakfast now as I speak. So it seems like I am on the right track. That is a good thing. Sometimes I have my caboose but it is on the wrong track. If you know what I mean. lol Here it goes for another day. B: 2 hard boiled eggs L: taco meat with cheese D: I am not sure just what is to be but healthy and with veggies S: ? Hope your day goes well. I hope you feel better and continue to feel that way. I am sending love and hugs to you for today and always.

Jean, Will you please clue me in as to how you "roast" a cauliflower?  I have been thinking about that one for awhile and decided to ask. Marti in San Jose

Marti, Here's the recipe: 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets 2 tbl olive oil 1 packet Splenda 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cumin Mix all ingredients until cauliflower is coated with the seasonings.  Bake 20-25 min. at 375F or until florets are crisp-tender.
