Linda, not sure I'm glad it's Friday. I have to fight to do right on the weekends, I have always thought it was my day off. B- WW yogurt, S- cup of sunflower kernels, L- 4oz crabmeat over a cup of salad greens and 2 oz of gyro meat w greek dressing and feta cheese, D- protein bar. Z
