IS THERE SUCH A THING AS TOO MUCH.....
The only concern I would have is the supposed mercury levels in some fish.
But I love fish too and don't worry about it.

Salmon is high in protein. 4 oz of baked salmon has 25 grams of protein. Sounds like a perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner food.
I'm not much of a fish eater - but good for you to make a healthy choice.
It was hard being raised as an eat fish on Friday Catholic and having Mom serve fish every week. So often I had to do pennance for sneaking in a hot dog instead of the fish. I'm bad.

No, as long as you don't consume too much of any fish that has current high mercury level warnings. If you go to www.whfoods.com they have a protein list of 55 of the world's highest protein level foods. Cod is first, and I think salmon is around 15.

Oh I am jealous. I can not stomach fish and I know it is so good for us. Last week I went to a meeting and someone had made kind of a salmon salad on buns. I ate the salmon part and left the bun, it actually tasted very good. Until the 100 mile ride home and I just couldn't get that fishy taste out of my mouth, yuck. 3 or 4 times a week does not sound like too much to me.

Believe it or not J Brown there are a lot of things that leave that taste in my mouth, especially tuna. After surgery, I couldn't get the Tuna pass my nose let alone swallow it. Now I carry a small bottle of mouthwash with me, and if I eat something that leaves that funny taste in my mouth I slip out to the ladies room and use it. Very refreshing!
