TGIF-What's New?
Margo - I see by your avatar that you have had an extreem make over.
When I get all nervous and jerky I have a cleaning frenzy. Not the usual housechores but the odd things normally saved for my big Spring/Fall list. Man oh man, yesterday I had enough nervous energy to build a skyscraper. Since we didn't have enough lumber for that project, I rearranged the spare room into my craft room. AGAIN. I can't decide if I want to craft in the kitchen or in the spare room where I can shut out the furbrats.
The door is always kept closed since they tend to go in there and rearrange the room. As I moved my craft supplies back and forth they went wild. They were no help at all. If I look closely I can probably find Annie paw prints on the ceiling.
The room is nicely arranged but they are not happy. I hear indignant meows and scratching at the door. Too bad, they will learn to adjust or I'll wear ear plugs.
By the time Tom got home I was in a snit. A nit picky snit too. I complained about all those little things that bug me about him. From socks left on the floor to spalshes on the bathroom mirror, good grief, I was on a roll. He should have put a pillow in my big mouth.
His response was a big grin, he patted his lap and told me to come over for some love. Impossible to stay cranky with that invitation. Guess I'll keep him around. Nobody else would put up with the likes of me.
Matthew, Melanie and I have a play date today. I told their parents to go out and leave us alone. They haven't been out without the kids in ages and I think it is time for them to have a date too.

Hey Big Lil Sis, Your Tom is definitely the kind of man I want to have in my life, hard to say if Tony is that man just yet, but he certainly does try. . . Hope you are having a wonderful time with Matthew and Melanie, but I can't imagine you wouldn't! Hugs, Laureen

I'm back! This week has been unreal. I have been so busy and exhausted that during my down time I slept. I overslept yesterday. Rushed to make one cup of coffee and get ready for work. I made it into the office to discover a major upgrade in the software we use had created total havoc for everyone including me. My phones were off the hook all day. I came home with a stop by the store for chocolate martini makings. I had 2. I was feeling just fine last night. My new friend stopped by last night also. He and I had a lovely evening. I got a nice massage with some lotion on my back! Heaven!
One more day in this week. Happy Friday to all!
