Linda.....good morning my dear friend...... Thanks for the recipe.....sounds yummy...I am sending it on to my daughter as well. Today is a ho hum kind of day. Lots to get done and no desire to do anything!! Have to do it anyway...UGH! Still have laryngitis...since last Friday. I just have to talk(whisper now) too much for my job. It is getting better ....slowly!! B-yogurt w/ kashi and string cheese S-banana L-meatloaf and brocolli S-apple slices w/peanut butter D-BBQ chicken and peas S-SF pudding Still keeping you in my prayers sweetie. Hey Boo! I am doing my best, I am almost off of the nasty med...still taking the steroids, which screw with my weight, and I have to remind myself I will NOT be gaining 200 pounds LOL. All is well, I will be fine. I hope you continue to feel better, and look out for the stress, which makes it worse, Hugs and kisses.

Hi Linda, It sounds like you are feeling better.  I hope it continues.  I'm having a little bout with insomnia the last few nights.  Last night was time to put out the garbage and recyclables.  I took them out at about 9:00 p.m.  Then as I'm in bed watching the clock at 12:30 a.m. I realize I never emptied the kitchen can which was full.  So in my nightgown and jacket I go out and take the last bit of garbage to the curb.  I hope no one saw me LOL.  At least I felt productive or is that OCD? LOL. B - Pure Protein Bar/Applesauce L - Smart Ones Chicken somethin' S - Vanilla yogurt with blueberries D - Don't know - Going to a wake - will probably go out after. Yay! Tomorrow's Friday. YUM!!!  Linda! I made my chicken scampi after you mentioned it but I didn't add the dill.  I'm going to try that next time.  Good stuff.....  Same menu for me today.  Not much change.  Just wanted to thank you for posting your recipe!

Good morning my Angel Linda.  Your recipe sounds wonderful.  My plan for the day: Cup-O-Ambition, and a unjury Choc scoop with my coffee.(20 gms) B- 2 oz Cottage Cheese. S- Protein drink (20 gms) L- 1 oz cottage cheese & 1 oz deli turkey. S Protein drink (20 gms) D- 1 oz tuna salad & 1 oz mashed canned pears. Maybe another protein drink, but we'll see. 4 Multi vits and lotsa water. That's my plan and I'm stickin' to it.
