  I feel really stupid today, after worring about my check-up yesterday.  I lost 3lbs.  Yahoo!  I am leveling off though. I want to lose at least 10 more lbs. before I have flab surgery. I tried on my bathing suit the other day and from the back it looked like I grew another butt below the other one!!  ROFL!!!  It was the perfect shape of one!! The one above is flat so ya couldn't tell it was there!  It was not a wow moment, but it was a YEOW!! B - carbquik muffin with strawberries L - shrimp with tossed salad and salad spritzer D - some more shrimp and a veggie of some sort and maybe a little brown rice S - popcorn does sound yummy!  Have a great day and God Bless ,      Deb

You CAN NOT make me laugh like that at work!!  Congrats on the weight loss! I have more to go, but when I can get in the pool,off it will come!! I can not do regular exercise, but I am hellified in water! I am going to have to have a panni, not looking forward to it, but staying in a constant break out mode, I am documenting. Now you go and BE GOOD!! LOL...Hugs!

I agree about our OFF sisters who have been sharing recently.  I admire their ability to put their thoughts and feelings into words, and the way they consistently share and encourage each other.  It's uplifting and inspiring.  So is this thread you do each day.
