S: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk
L: 2 oz steak, 1/2 c. cucumber salad
S: 1/2 c. raspberry mango cottage cheese
D: 2 oz. salmon, 1/2 c. zucchini
S: 4 oz mango custard

Yesterday was my hump day! I get Friday off this week for my scrapbooking weekend. Yay!

Fell out of bed last night trying to get up when I got a charlie horse! Had a bad night with sleep and pain. Am getting quite tired of the chronic pain. I know you can relate. Otherwise all is well and good.

I have a busy workday today. I need to get out and meet with clients today. I dread it with the gas prices but what can I do I have to go. I do get reimburced f******ileage thank goodness.
Got to get some bills paid this morning...can't believe it is almost the first of the month already!
Tomorrow is my baby's birthday...Carrie will be 38...my how time goes by so quickly!!

Good morning Linda and Friends! "Hump day...NOT Dump Day" LOL! Well, I sure hope so! Hornets won!!! What a game, what a crowd! My ears are still ringing and I'm hoarse! I made good choices last night with my food. There was a block party pregame. I ate 1/2 of a hamburger, George ate the rest + 2 hot dogs. Once inside the arena, George got a grilled chicken breast sandwich with grilled veggies. I found the stand with the shrimp ****tail like I had last week. Pricey @ $8.00 for 5 jumbo shrimp and a little lettuce, but that's what I wanted. I was only able to eat 4 shrimp, George ate the last one. Sometimes I get the feeling he's my garbage disposal. If we had been home, I could have saved that last shrimp for a snack. Sticking it in my purse would have been messy, not to mention smelly!
Since I didn't eat much last night, I'm hungry today.
