Found, Mystery Box #1
I just spoke with Pam W, and the box was received at her place on Sat. She us currently out of town with family sicknesses. She is going to instruct her hubby on what to do with the box and get it in the mail to the next person. Next person is Laureen. So it is making it's way up the East Coast now.
