I need to answer a question
and not sure how to respond to it so I am coming to my all knowing peers on Over 50. This is from a gentleman that I had sent my resume too, he in turn sent me some questions to answer. This one I am stuck on as it is hard to even say nice things about oneself. So, here is the question, how would you answer in a general way?
5. What accomplishments in your life are most proud of?
This has nothing to with WLS.
Women are angels.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.
We are flexible.

Darlene, It is always hard to tell what they're looking for, but for what it's worth, here's what I'd do. I would site an example of how I was able to help others in the work environment, achieving results that could not be achieved by one person alone. If you have an example like this, it gives you a chance to demonstrate:
How you work in a team
Your attitude toward a co-worker
Your Humility (you didn't do it alone & you don't take the credit alone)
Your pride in team accomplishment
If there is no teamwork needed in the job you're applying for, I could be all wrong about this,
so take it for what it's worth.
From an employer's perspective, It's amazing how much you can tell about a candidate when they answer these types of questions.
Go Get 'Um, Darlene!
