HI Sweet Linda, It's so good to see you posting again!  It's great that they were caused by a medication and you have a reason.  Scary all the same I'm sure.  I have/get tremors but nothing like you describe.  Yikes! I hope the depression doesn't last too long.  You know you are loved and that's important!  Not sure of my food plan yet as it's too early for me to think about on a Saturday morning!   Hugs to you, you warm and wonderful woman...... Kathi

Kathi, the doctor gave me some med for depression and I am taking it, no time to be brave. I hope to be back to work by Monday, I hate looking at things that need to be done and not being able to do them, but I must... Hugs..

Linda, I am so glad that you are feeling better. I prayed for you while you were gone from us. We don't like it when you are not here with us because we love you very much.  I took Lyrica also for the nuropathy caused from the diabetes. I had terrible swelling from it so I had to come off it.  I have no idea what is going on here with food. Bill isn't feeling good today. He has a cold and of course no one has a cold as bad as his are and so we all know that he is going to die from the cold. lol I am keeping the menu up in the air for now. Just staying home most of the week end and so it is all going to be good.  Sending you lots of love and bunches of big hugs to you, sweetie. Take care of yourself and know that you continue in my prayers.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Linda, I'm so happy you're feeling better, and glad all our prayers were answered!  Rest, and things that need doing will get done when they get done.  You are more important that any chore, so REST and that's an order! Our dinner last night was awful.  Today Oscar is acting up big time.  So far I've had 2 protein shakes, a piece of chicken, 2 bites of cake and 1 spoon of ice cream (son's b'day).  Getting tough with Oscar and thinking I'll show him who's boss did not work.  He's grumbling something fierce!  Guess he's showing me he's still the boss!  Time will tell this evening if he'll let me eat anything.  I do need to get more water in somehow. We were going to a baseball game, but the rains came and came, and came, and are still coming.  Our street is flooded, not so much that the cars are in danger, they're up on the inclined driveway.  In our subdivision, the houses are about 3 - 4 feet above the street.  Getting to the game if it's not cancelled would be  difficult because some streets are impassable.  You would know, the weekend we have outdoor plans with Ethan it would rain.  Tomorrow we're supposed to go fishing, that's up in the air for now. I'd better get downstairs to see what my little Monkey is up to.   I WANT EZKEIL BREAD BUT CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE AROUND HERE.   Take care, Debbie

Hiya Deb, thank you for the prayers,I did manage to get a few things done, but I am resting a lot, I am sorry about the rain, Oscar is in charge!!! Did you check the health food stores for the bread? I am going to keep things simple here, start living a one woman household instead of an extended family. No one helps me when it is clean up time...so no more big meals. I do not have the stamina I once had, and will enjoy the rest if my time without being tied to the damn kitchen... Hugs, and feel better,
