Need Advice
You need to become as assertive as possible. Just as the others have said, don't let the PCP ruin this for you. They (PCP)may be complacent, but you must inform them how important the time element is here. Sometimes the insurance companies look at the time frames, so let the pcp know this. Perhaps the office manager can help...call them and explain the situation. You did everything you had to, now it is in their hands. Remind them of the hoops you have jumped through and this is such an emotional rollercoaster for you. Sometimes, tears help too! They did for me. You may even ask the office manager if you can come in to try and expedite the matter quicker. I say whatever it takes....be your best and loudest advocate!! Don't sit back and get sad..get mad so this show can get on the road!! Good luck! Lora
