Yay!  my Angel Linda is back.  You have no idea how much you're missed when you're not around.  Cup-o-ambition and a scoop of protein.  B- 2 oz 0% Fage yougurt. S-Protein drink. L-2 oz LF string cheese and 1 0z SF pudding. S- Protein drink. D- 1 oz FF refried beans and 1 oz green beans. S Protein shake.  about 80 gms of Protein and lotsa water.  Hey, How am I doin'.

Linda, I'm happy to see you back on line today but sorry you are having such a rough time.  I'll be praying for a speedy recovery for you! B:Protein shake. L:A small slice of DH's sub sandwich.  It was good, but only ate a bit of the bread. D: Left-over casserole from last night.  Also a prune and a few sliced strawberries.
