Sorry I have not been posting I have been quite busy
the weather is great and golf is in the air and also opening our summer place
and the river is calling me to kyake
I am feeling great and having the time of my live now that i can move faster longer and do so much more after WLS

Glad to see your post and hear that all is going well, yup, my life has not been this full of activities in many years and I am only halfway to goal, so I can only imagine my life in a year from now! Just came back from walking for almost an hour, a far cry from what I could do last year at this time. . . life is good, thank God for the skills of my wonderful surgeon and the pleasure of your company and the rest of this board. . .
