Insomnia

Insomnia ... sleepless nights ... worrying and thinking about what the next day will hold. Even Oprah tells tales of her war against weariness. One old and ancient custom says that to simply kiss your pillow and tell it that you need to go to sleep will bring that exact same slumbering condition right to your bedside. Putting an amethyst under that same pillow will also bring you sweet and satisfying dreams. A really good night!
Women are angels.
...and when someone breaks our wings, we simply continue to fly...on a broomstick.

We are flexible.

Darlene, I find this very interesting and I am going to kiss my pillow from now on. I sometimes have terrible insomnia. But then again I have never seen insomnia that wasn't terrible. Love and hugs you interesting lovely lady.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

I sleep fine, I don't have a sleep problem, I know some here do, I was just sharing.
