Thanks Brenda, I am seeing the doctor this afternoon. I feel like I have been drinking but blood pressure is probably the culprit for me too. Hugs back at you Annette

Annette, I get the spins (dizziness) quite often.  I've made a connection with lack of fluids and dizziness.  There were times I thought I was gonna hit the floor if not for holding onto the kitchen counter.  Duh, never thought to take my BP when dizzy.  My BP is usually 120/60 ish, so much better than 210/110.  Hope all goes well with the doctor. Linda.......Good Morning my Fabulous Friend!!! I think 80 is a good score............but you are like me and want 100....so I do understand. Please don't be so hard on yourself. You are awesome and I give you 100 everyday!!! I have to leave in a bit to go to our main office in St. Paul for meetings. It could be a long day. Meetings are supposed to end at 2:00PM....we will see. They never end on time!!!! If the meetings get over at a resonable time I might go over to see my daughter Carrie and my wonderful grands before I leave town. That would be a great way to end the day. B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese S-protein bar L-served at the office?????? S-apple D-roast beef, carrots and onions (if I come home) S- SF pudding Hope you have a bright and sunshiny day!! Love and ooodles of hugs sweetie.......Boo...to you!!

YYEESSSS!  Only three more weeks til finals.  Four weeks to graduation.  I am going to love, love, love this summer because I won't have to go to classes anymore.  Thinking about taking Spanish next Fall though just for the fun of it. I've always thought it would come in mighty handy. Have a good day. Bev

Good morning to you sweet Linda. I hope that your day is going well.  I understand your disapointment on your score but you have to remember not to be to hard on yourself.  I am not feeling to good today. My b/p was 80/40 at the pcp's appointment yesterday. I know it is because of the blood pressure meds I take for the heart. I take them because they strenghten the heart muscle and they must be working because it is the strongest that I have ever had. This morning the b/p was 104/64 I think so it is doing a bit better today. I am just feeling very dizzy and extrememly lightheaded and I have a constant headache too. I shall survive since I am a survivor and a strong woman of God!!!!! My menu is just about the same. Nothing new here for sure.  B: 1 toast with cheese L: scrambled egg with cheese D: 90% lean ground beef with veggies S: something with protein but not sure right now I am going to do the best I can with whatever is put in front of me to do and realize that I did the best I could. I shouldn't expect anymore of myself because I know that as long as I am doing the best I can God is happy. Sending you love and lots of hugs. I love hugs and have been told by many that I give the best ones they ever got. When I die I told Bill that I want a table at the head of my casket and a bowl with Hershey Hugs in them. I would like a sign there saying something like "Have a last hug from Brenda!".

Ain't Tuesday Grand, Linda? I think crying is very therapeutic!  LOL  Hope you catch up on that rest soon dear one......  I had weigh-in at the surgeon's office this morning and I lost 5 pounds since 2 weeks ago.  That's very good for me, believe me!  They submitted the request for surgery approval today so it's 3-4 weeks for response and then schedule my future!

B-nothing (because I wanted to weigh the least amount possible)

L-cottage cheese w/sugar-free jello, peach slice and walnuts all mixed up (yum)

D-Mahi Mahi and zuccini w/parmesan cheese S-(to make up for missing breakfast) yogurt

Dearest Linda:  I'm so sorry you're not feeling well.  Forget the QA!  It's a memory.  Sounds like several people are not at their best.  Perhaps it's static in the universe.  It's almost May here and it's sooooooooooo cold and grey.  32 this morning not far from here.  I'm on the 'where's spring" bandwagon! My menu is getting VERY boring and monotonous! B:  cream of wheat S:  carnation instant breakfast L:  cream of chicken soup S:  vanilla yogurt D:  cream of tomato soup S:  SF pudding *all made with enriched milk to get my 60 grams of protein
