LOL! Brenda, you have a very active household. would putting some food aside a lable help you? It also sounds like cooking the same thing for thte entitre household would help too. As for the cat, well  will cats do what that want too! GRIN... It will be nice to cook one dish for everyone. I hope you make something delicious for all today. You are cute with a cute family. Hi Linda and all, Linda, I am sorry to see that you have been feeling the yucks again, hope the tremors and pain are subsiding some... I found out this weekend, for sure, that I am NOT a dumper.  I had a feeling but Friday night I had a Margarita (lots of sugar) and nothing. Just a bit loopier than usual but nothing too different. I am a bit bummed as I feel like that is one of the things that helped keep me on the straight and narrow. OK,  the more narrow than in the past...It's ok though, knowledge is power right? I will be having my usual today... B-protein shake S-Yogurt and Kashi L-ham & cheese roll-ups, peanut butter and crackers, strwberries S-yogurt and Kashi D-not sure I cleaned out ALL of our closets, cleaned the bathroom and bedroom, cleaned the fridge, did all laundry, groceries, found some cute clothes at the thrift store and had a couple of naps this weekend... You never know what is going to make you dump, something that goes down one time will not the next. I think I dump on greasy meat, even though it did not tasty greasy. I would stay in the comfort zone babes. I am doing my best. I am at work, that is half the battle. Why do we have to tempt fate..is it human nature?? Have a blessed day, sweet one..

Ya know, now that I think of it, sometimes I too get a bit queasy on fat from meat. Not always and not always really bad, enough to make me wish I hadn't eaten it though. I just finally got home for the day. Hope your day went ok. Yes, I do believe I'm a fate tempter. I will "see" you tomorrow. Take Care, Cheryl

Linda, I'm so sorry you got sick.  What happened?  I'm back at work this morning, time to buckle down and get back in the swing of things.  I walked in to a desk full of paper work, patient slides, case that need to be billed...  I will not stress.  I will not stress.  I will not stress.  What the heck am I talking about, I'm already stressed!  I will make it through this day tackling one thing at a time! B - protein shake S - protein shake L - braised beef and cheese S - yogurt D - chicken marsala and salad Have a great day!  Wish I was back home. Debbie

Hiya sweet angel, I think I dumped on the ribs, I ate only about 2 spoons of potato salad. I had not eaten all day (dummy), and Fangster was like "oh yeah??". Ahh well...live and learn, I am back on the safe side now. I hope your day is not too stressful, I have taking an anti-anxiety pill as my supervisor gets on my darn nerves!! Take care dear.

Good Morning my beautiful friend!!  Linda I am soooo glad you had a great Sunday...except for the part of getting sick. Hope all is well today! I had a very busy Saturday but a very restful Sunday. My arthritis and fibromyalgia was awful yesterday. I took meds and spent most of the day in bed. I guess that was the Lord's way of slowing me down. I need to be stopped once in awhile. B-yogurt w/ kashi and string chese (I am in a rut here!!) S-fresh strawberries L-roast beef, carrots and onions (leftovers) S-banana D-BBQ Chicken and mixed veggies S- SF pudding Hope your day is a wonderful one...you deserve the best!! Love and hugs....... Boo..... to you!

Hiya Boo, yes, we will be made to slow down. I hope you feel better soon. I have fibromaygia too, but can only take the pills sometimes as they do horrid things to me!

I want to have a good day and am praying for it, I will pray for you too. We have to grab the good times...many hugs for my Boo.

Good Morning my Angel Linda, and Hi everybody!  I'm up and on here earlier than usual this morning because I took my Greyhound, Faith to the vet to get her teeth cleaned this morning.  Dropped her off at 7:30 am.  So am home now having my brekfast: 1 oz lf cottage cheese and 1 oz lite yogurt. S- Protein shake.  L-1 oz ff refried beans and 1 oz lite yogurt. S- Protein shake. D- 1 lf string cheese and 1 oz lite yogurt. S- Protein shake.  I'm having yogurt with every meal because of the antibiotics the dentist put me on yesterday for an infected tooth.  I go see the endodontist at noon.  I hope he doesn't have to pull that tooth.
