How are you doing? I went to my 2 week post-op dr visit and class with the physical trainer and nut. I got to hang out with Sandra, Gena and Pam. You don't know her(Pam) but you will. She's been hanging out on the vsg board. She was my roomie in the hospital. We had our surgeries on the same day. My dd was with me today and took a couple of pictures of us, the AZ girls. I added them to my blog. Have a look!

You ARE all hotties! I am very impressed that you have this built in support group!! I am 100 miles away from the closest support group. Otherwise, I'm doing great! My surgeon is gone next week when I should be having my 2 wk check so I'm going this Thursday. I'll see the nutritionist then too. What did you learn in your class? nan

Linda, just wanted you to know that I had a great time in your home state after all! I thought that I would hate the dude ranch, but it was fun. The worst part was eating quail---yuck!
