It's a beautiful, mild sunny day here. Had a chat with some of my neighbor's cows while I was out walking (my neighbor thinks I'm crazy).
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk
S: 6 oz light yogurt
L: 2 oz. chicken, 1/4 c. black beans, 1/4 c. tomatoes & peppers
S: 1/2 c. raspberry cottage cheese
D: 2 oz. ham, 1/4 c. roasted sweet potatoes, 1/4 c. brussels sprouts
S: 4 oz. SF pudding

Me ...I am kicking back and not doing much of anything today. My allergies are horrible...I will be taking extra meds and inhalers today. UGH!!!

Your menu sounds so good Linda. Mom used to cook greens and serve it on crusty Italian bread. Oh the memories. Sigh
As I am approaching the 18 month mark, the hungries are haunting me. Part of the reason is timing, but physically I don't hurt all of the time. What a battle to maintain the weight loss. Admitting there is a problem is the first step to win. There are no unhealthy foods here but too much of the healthy foods can be an issue. I think I need to get out of the house and get my mind off food more often.

I am really starting to get very worried now... still sick, coughing and congestion like crazy... never in my life have I had an illness last this long! ... 9 days now... not a good thing. I am going to try Zirtec today... who knows, maybe it's allergies... nothing else seems to be working at all.

I'm not far ahead of you. Cup-o-ambition. B- 1oz ff refried beans and 1 oz cream of wheat. S Portein shake. L-1 oz lf cottage cheese and 1 oz lite canned pears. S Protein Shake. D- LF string cheese and 1 oz mashed green beans. 1 multi vitamin, 1 calcium citrate and 1 B12 sublinguil. And lotsa water in between.
