WOW! I'M BACK!!!
Good Morning,
I used to come to this board all the time. Somehow, I lost my way 
but I am so happy to have re-discovered it this morning!
I had RNY surgery in July of 2005. Things went well for the first year and then I started getting "sloppy" 
with the "Rules of the Pouch." I didn't regain any weight but had not lost any either for the almost the last two years. Thank goodness I realized I did not come this far to stop short of my goals and dreams and I am now back on track. (It's a long story.

Anyway - I'm Back! and so happy to be here.

Let me be the first to welcome you back. Glad you found your way back to the boards, this one happens to be the best. Everyone here is always helpful and friendly. Good luck as you continue your journey. I had my surgery on September 5, 2008 and have lost 130lbs. I feel terrific. God Bless you.

Welcome back Pammie! I haven't read your profile yet and the truth is, what matters is you rededicating yourself to what works and coming here for support is a part of all that! So good to see you here and hope to see lots more of you!
