Goo Morning my beautiful Linda..... Sounds like you have a grand day cut out for you!! Hope that means  you are feeling a bit better today!! I am off to meet some MN OH ladies this morning for coffee. At least the group is meeting here in town...with gas prices that is a good thing!!!! Got company coming this afternoon and evening. it will be a busy day!! B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese S-? Hiya my sweet Boo, the tremors are better, and I am getting my hair touched up today, and hitting the streets tomorrow, I am so excited. A year ago, I would not have ventured out of the house, God is good. Sounds like you are having a grand time of it, this make me happy. Much love...smile.

Isn't Saturday just the best invention, Linda? Enjoy your day.  Enjoy your weekend!  Been busy with hubby and his angiogram.  Quiet weekend for us with him recouperating....... I'm going to change my menu plan.  I'm going to eat mostly vegetables this weekend and see if that helps me lose a few pounds!  Hugs, Kathi

Hi Linda, I spent last night rounding up every bit of garbage in this house for my husband to take to the dump this morning.  And I have started my vacuuming.  Gonna boil some eggs for lunch.  It is a gorgeous day here in CT and all my doors and windows are wide open and letting the fresh air come in. I hope you enjoy your day today. B - Fat Free Chocolate Milk L - Egg Salad and Reduced Fat Wheat Thins S - Vanilla yogurt with strawberries D - Steak cooked on the grill with mushrooms and onions and squash. Bev

Good morning Linda and Friends!  It's a little after 9 here and I haven't had anything bu****er so far.  I'm so far behind, didn't even make it downstairs yet.  Gotta get this old butt in gear and headed in the right direction.  Need to run a few errands - post office, bank, then going across the river by ferry (saves gas and I get to read for a few minutes) to the art show. B - protein shake S - proteion shake (on the ferry probably) L - might find something healthy at the art show (LOL) S - yogurt D - beef stew S - crackers and cheese or p'nut butter Have a great weekend!
