I spent last night rounding up every bit of garbage in this house for my husband to take to the dump this morning. And I have started my vacuuming. Gonna boil some eggs for lunch. It is a gorgeous day here in CT and all my doors and windows are wide open and letting the fresh air come in.

Good morning Linda and Friends! It's a little after 9 here and I haven't had anything bu****er so far. I'm so far behind, didn't even make it downstairs yet. Gotta get this old butt in gear and headed in the right direction. Need to run a few errands - post office, bank, then going across the river by ferry (saves gas and I get to read for a few minutes) to the art show.
B - protein shake
S - proteion shake (on the ferry probably)
L - might find something healthy at the art show (LOL)
S - yogurt
D - beef stew
S - crackers and cheese or p'nut butter
