Maui Karen-muffins question????

i took plain ol oatmeal and ground it in my lil food chopper--i think maybe Bob's or Hogson Mills might do an oat bran in the baking aisles where they put the specialty flours tec???not sure! but i knew that i could fake it on that one...

Thanks for the recipe Margo, it looks yummy.  I plugged the ingredients into my Master Cook recipe program and it gave me the nutritional information if anyone's interested:  This breakdown is per muffin (based on 15 muffins) Cal:  137, Fat: 6g, Cholesterol: 27 mg, Carbs: 18 g, Dietary Fiber: 4g, Protein: 6g, Sodium: 290mg, Potassium:209mg,  It also lists a bunch of vitamins.  If anyone wants the entire breakdown, just let me know and I can email you with it.
