Good Morning OFFers Annie and I have been up for over an hour. She is laying on her back, expecting a belly rub. For some reason I am not getting messages in my e-mail from OH. I went back and checked the settings, all boxes are correctly marked.  Anybody else having this problem? Have a beautiful Friday Annette and Annie

Morning Annette and Annie, I have had those problems in the past. I will stil get doubles of email from time to time. I made it through work with out needing anymore benedryl. The steroid is really drying my skin out. I need to find someone who is willing to help me slather lotion all over my body. I might need to contact my new friend.   I came home and started to mow my lawn. I really felt good for a change. The guy next door then offerred to finish the lawn for me. He used my mower to mow his lawn as well. I was glad not to struggle with the little hill on the side of my house. It is Friday and payday!! Ya hoo! I am so ready fro this weekend. I hope everyone has a great weekend planned.

Good Morning Annette, Aime and all, TGIF   I'm so ready for the weekend.    Doggies had me up 2 times in the night.   I think they are hearing coyote's outside.    Then it's hard to sleep because I worry about the horses being outside.    Glad you are feeling better Aime.      Annette you sure do spoil that Annie!!  I bet she got that belly rub. We should have a busy weekend. Alexis the oldest (6) grand daughter is coming for the weekend..  She will want to ride horses for sure.   Since I have a new horse that I haven't attempted to get on since surgery this maybe the weekend.  Hope everyone has a great day!   The weather is wonderful here.

Melissa, She got her belly rub. If there is a next life, I want to come back as one of my cats.  Have fun on the horse. You are brave. they scare me. Beautiful creatures though.

I love weekends.  Accidentally left Emily the cat out on the screened-in porch last night.  I love how they are mad at you like it was your fault.  She scratched all the insulation strip off the bottom and side of the door.  Hubby is going to be thrilled about that - not. All my bosses took Friday off so I have to do the weekly reports to the CEO.  Not looking forward to it.  Well I have to go in and get prepared for the 8:00 a.m. meeting. Have a great day and weekend. Bev

Bev, Won't it feel rather nice to have all the bosses gone for the day?  Our Abigail climbs the basement rafters and gets locked in the garage. She raises a rucus until we let her out but scrambles right back there. She clawed a hole through the wall into my laundry room once. Tom wasn't too pleased.

Good Morning Annette and Annie!  as well as my OFF Sistas and Brothers! I woke up for a nature call and Dillinger was sleeping at the opposite end of my bed, so when I came back, he looked over his shoulder at me and his look said, you better be petting me. . .  and this is why my dear sweet Dillinger is so spoiled because I hopped in next to him petting and hugging him, rubbing his belly for about 10 minutes. . .  I want to come back as a well loved dog!  Tony gets a kick out of my "spoiled brat" one of his pet names, the other being "the bud". . .  if love keeps them alive, Dillinger will be here a very long time for sure! Anyway, my day today is going to begin in a few minutes with getting a few things done around here, then going to the gym to meet with my PT, after which I will do 10 minues in the tanning salon, go home take a shower and get ready to meet Tony for the afternoon as he has a split shift today and is working all weekend and it will be our only time to see each other this week :(  but it will be nice, as he was away last weekend.  After hanging with him, I will do some shopping and then am coming home to hang with the girls this evening in Philadelphia, not sure what we'll do, but the weather is so beautiful we want to be outside! I hope all is well in your world and that if you are facing any challenges that you have the strength to get through them.  Prayers and positive thoughts to all. . . Hugs, Laureen

Laureen, Dillinger has you well trained too. The belly rubs are a fun part of pet ownership and make you BOTH feel relaxed.

Good morning to all of my wonderful and much loved OFF sisters and brothers. I hope that today is a good day for each and every one of you.  There was an earthquake in IN, OH, IL, and MI this morning. I am waiting to hear if my BGF daughter and her family is alright. I checked on the IN board and so far so good. Just some tossing around and some minor damage. The important thing is that everyone is alright. Things can be fixed or replaced our friends and family can't. Hope if it touched anyone here they are alright.  I am busy today. I just got my cake out of the oven and it smells so good. I will frost it in a while when it cools. I have to take it the church this morning. I was going to make it last night but just didn't feel good. I have to make it for a funeral dinner which is tomorrow.  I got sick yesterday afternoon. I just felt terrible. I laid down for a while and took a nap for about an hour and woke up feeling better but there was still a icky feeling. I just stayed home and didn't do much. I feel better this morning. Not sure what happened but I am glad it is gone.  Misty is looking out the patio door. That seems to be her favorite place. And she loves it when the door is open which it is right now but just a bit. It is still a bit nippy out. We have a lot of sea gulls and she loves to watch them flying around and squaking like they do. She is my furmonster and a monster she is. She thinks that anything she wants she should get and everyone else be da**ed. Everything is suppose to be about Misty and no one and nothing else matters. I can't say much because we are the ones who made her that way. Every dog that we had was the same way and so it must be us. Some may think that we do something wrong but if loving them is wrong then so be it. I always say that you can't spoil a child you just love them and the same thing goes for you furbabies. Misty seems to have a radar about her because when I open my eyes in the morning she is in the bedroom getting up to come see me. She flops down and wants a belly rub too. I told Bill the other day that shows vulnerability on Misty's part and for her to do that she is secure and feels safe with us. That is NOT the kitty that we got a few years ago that's for sure. She was a very much a cat that wouldn't go to anyone and was very afraid of people. I felt so sorry for her. Now what we have is a kitty that just loves her family but is still afraid of people. When there is a knock at the door she is flying down the hall and under the bed. You would think she had wings.  I better get going. I have gone on and on and on and I am sure everyone is thinking "Does she ever shut up?" and the answer is most of the time no. Mom and dad always said that I was almost 3 before I started really talking in sentences and I have never shut up. Don't forsee it happening any time soon either!!! Have a good and blessed day and stay safe. I am sending love and big hugs to all my brothers and sisters.
