OT: Help/prayers please

I don't come here often asking for help or prayers for myself often. Tonight I am asking for some good thoughts and vibes for my family as we decide what we are going to do with my mom and how the extent of the damage is going to affect the rest of my family, namely my oldest daughter. Here is a link from our local newspaper, this just happened today and I am just now getting home. http://www.visaliatimesdelta.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080415/NEWS01/80415019 In a nutshell, my mom caused this accident. Even though they said she did everything she was suppose to do it happened and her fault. The car she was driving was a car my daughter gave her. It was still in my daughters name, plus my daughter pays the insurance and it's in her name.  The details are very overwhelming of what happened and too gruesome for the boards, so I'll not go into that..... My mom is ok, she was not hurt, she is 84 and in complete denial, she told the doctor at the hospital that they guy ran into her....sigh....I just don't know how much more I can take of all these tragedies.... I am sorry for coming and sharing this with you all......

Darlene, I am unable to get site up. It doesn't matter to me. You are in need of prayers and I want to tell you that I am sending some major ones up right now. I pray that God keeps you and your family in the circle of his loving and healing arms and grants to you wisdom and knowledge, love and understanding for the things that are in front of all of you. I pray that He sends angels to be near you and that you may experience the peace that only He can give to you. That is the peace that passes all understanding. I want to know that I hold you close to my heart and I am here for you whenever you need me. I am sending to you much love and big hugs to help you. Just know that they are there for you whenever you need them.

darlene i just don't know what tio say after reading this post and about the accident. of course you are in my prayers. if you cannot come to us where can you go? of course you need to be here.hugs.

I know the anguish you are experiencing. My mother just won't accept that she is in need of intervention due to her age. I will pray for you and your family.

Oh Darlene..I am so sorry for you and your Mother and the rest of the families involved.  The Enemy of our souls meant it for eveil but God can use it for good.  I know that is so hard to understand and I admit with my finite mind I have a hard time understanding how that can be but He can and does.  I am praying His peace and wisdom for you today my friend.

Hi Darlene, I will most certainly pray for and think of you and your family. I am so sorry. A nightmare and sorrow for everyone. My parents should not be driving but my sister and I have not been able to sway them....we are just praying something doesn't happen...they see it in everyone else but not them.
