Just Too Freaking Much
Walking is great! When we give up the habit of eating to fill our time with something - hey, walking is great.
I think with your commitment and new passion for walking deserves buying a treadmill for those 3:00 a.m. bursts of restlessness.
I can't really sit still either. I don'****ch an entire program without getting up a few times for this or that. I can sit and work with my laptop but that is doing something.
