Good morning everyone! B - String cheese L - baked chicken and asparagus S - Probably 1/2 a protein shake D - steak and artichoke I love SPRING and the wonderful fresh vegetables!  Asparagus and artichokes are two of my favorites!

Linda, Please don't stop posting! I'm posting late today because I didn't stop once all day long: walking, health club, working, taking my mom to get a haircut (major project), more working, and a support group meeting tonight that required 2.5 hrs of driving.  My mom told me a story today that lasted 10 minutes and halfway through it, I realized that it made absolutely NO sense.  I think she is losing it mentally.  That is SO hard to watch as she has always been as sharp as a tack (sometimes uncomfortably so). B: 1 oz. Better Balance French Vanilla protein cereal w/ 1/3 c. skim milk, 1 medium banana S:  6 oz. light yogurt L:  2 oz. turkey smoked sausage, 1/4 c. white beans, 1/2 c. green salad w/ Wishbone Salad Spritzer S:  1/2 c. Mandarin cottage cheese D: 2 oz. pork shoulder, 1/4 c. potato salad, 1/4 c. zucchini salad S: 4 oz. SF pudding Jean Jean
