Well, I lost some weight this week.  I have been sick but still able to eat.  Anyway here goes:

Before surgery:          279.5 Last weigh in:            168 This week:                  165 This weeks loss:       3 pounds Total weight loss:      114.5

Hi Connie, You did great, 2 pounds is a great loss.  You are doing so good.   Keep it up.   If I don't weigh in once a week, I start eating the wrong things so this helps me. Hugs, Esther

Before Surgery- 330 lbs. Last weigh-in- 251 lbs. Total weight loss- 79 lbs. I wi**** would go faster, but I am not exercising like I should. I'm sure my eating is not perfect either. I can sure see and feel the difference though! Julia
