FRustrated - Please Help
The others gave some excellent suggestions. Find an exercise you actually enjoy and add that to your regimen. If you are feeling happy with whatever you decide to add, you will do it more often.
Regimented exercise bugs me and I don't like to be in groups of people. With the exception of gymnastics class with my 2 year old granddaughter. I walk almost every day. For me walking is good for the body and better yet for the brain.
Instead of lifting weights or strength training I work out with the grands attached to my arms and legs. More fun than anything!
Be completely honest about what you eat. Plan it in advance, track it, most important - stick to the plan.
You can do it!!!
