Congratulations on your surgery, Reggie.  It's so good to see you posting.  Your menu looks great.  I, too, had to have everything room temperature  or warmed for a long time.  That's okay.  Just be sure be kind to your new pouch.  It has a lot of healing to do and will be a wonderful tool for you.  I wish you the very best on your weight loss journey.  It's going to be an exciting journey!
