And a good Tuesday it is. I hope it is good for you also.  B: egg L: beans and tortilla D: protein drink. I'll have to fit in some more food somewhere. I am still haveing trouble getting enough food in. I just can't eat enough or I feel way too full.

Diana, I too have days like that, I try yogurt when this happens, I have a 12 gm protein one, but I know it is not available every where...hang tough. Not eating the protein will slow weight loss, this I know...

Good afternoon Linda and Friends!  Happy Tuesday #2 B - protein shake S - protein shake L - since I'd only had 210 calories with the 2 shakes, I went to the drive-thru and ordered a fried chicken thigh and biscuit.  Pulled most of the skin off, and ate the meat and a few bites of crispy skin, even  scraped the fat from the skin I ate and the meat.  Also had half the biscuit without the doughy inside. S - yogurt or cottage cheese with almond flavoring D - church dinner brisket and salad for sure, probably some kind of taters - George will get most of the taters S - protein shake Debbie

b-2 oz cream of wheat l-2 ozs sf pudding d-2 oz strained cream of chicken soup. Lotsa walkin' and lotsa sippin", equals lotsa tootin'!   I put a scoop of vanilla protein in my coffee this morning so I figure I'm a little ahead on the protein already.
