Good afternoon Linda and Friends! Happy Tuesday #2
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - since I'd only had 210 calories with the 2 shakes, I went to the drive-thru and ordered a fried chicken thigh and biscuit. Pulled most of the skin off, and ate the meat and a few bites of crispy skin, even scraped the fat from the skin I ate and the meat. Also had half the biscuit without the doughy inside.
S - yogurt or cottage cheese with almond flavoring
D - church dinner brisket and salad for sure, probably some kind of taters - George will get most of the taters
S - protein shake
