Hi Linda, I did not have one bite of pizza yesterday...they had it for us all day long...for passing the state survey with flying colors... I will be having the same today... Confession time.... I also always get up and have a cup of coffee, and a slice of thin flax seed toast. Wonderful... my treat for the day... while I visit OFF. B-protein shake S-Yogurt and Kashi L-turkey and cheese roll up, peanut butter and crackers, fresh strawberries S-Yogurt and Kashi D-not sure S-not sure Hope you have a lovely day! Cheryl

Good morning,Linda. Hope Tuesday the sequel goes well for you.  Didn't get to the store yesterday, some things came up and just couldn't go. I have to go today and the list is getting longer. It started out with just a few things and now there is more on it. Drat!! I did pretty good yesterday with the food. I was hungry last night when I went to bed but I got through it and didn't get up to get something. I was soon asleep and then it was gone. I didn't dream about eating either. lol B: 1 wheat toast with peanut butter L: yogurt with Kashi D: not sure yet S: protein bar or popcorn Can you tell I am on a popcorn thing? Bill is too since he is the one that usually goes and gets it. lol I guess when you are married so long your thoughts do end up being alike! lol Hope your day is good Sweet Linda. I am sending my love and hugs to you.

Hiya Bren! Wow, I have not had popcorn for a long time. I go through stages with food. Yes, married people do think alike. I hope you get everything you need from the store..so you don't have to go back. I have to eat more protein today, I could not get it down yesterday...so I brought 2 yogurts with. I am sending love back to you....smile.

Good Morning Linda, Oh YAY to be home and back on my boring old menu. My innards are much happier today.  B - cottage cheese, Kashi, blueberries L - salad with turkey ham and cheese D - veggies and ???? some sort of meat, probably chicken S - apple and peanut butter  <---- yeah, me too Love Annette

Hello party girl!! Hehehehe... I must eat more protein today...fell short yesterday...sometimes you just don't want to eat. That was never my problem in the old days...smile. Lova ya!

Linda, Would you consider making me a batch of meatballs and sending them to me?  I used to love them but hate making meatballs (too tedious).  Of course, I'm not sure I could eat them now - ground meat gives me trouble for some reason - but would sure like to try. This morning I tried the band restriction test I posted about yesterday.  I cooked 1-1/2 cups of oatmeal and ate it continuously until I was too full to go on, then measured what was left.  I ate 1 cup exactly, which means that my restriction is perfect...in theory, anyway.  We'll see how I do with between meals hunger.  Before yesterday's fill I was getting hungry 1 hr after eating.  Today it's more like 2 hrs, which is better but not ideal.  What a balancing act this is! B:  1 cup Weight Control Oatmeal made w/ skim milk S:  vanilla protein shake made w/ 1 cup skim milk & 2 tbl SF chai tea syrup L:  1 crabcake, 1/4 c. green beans S:  1/4 c. ricotta cheesecake fluff D:  2 oz. chicken, 1/2 c. green salad with Wishbone Salad Spritzer S:  1 SF pudding Jean

Linda, Oh yes, I have snacks, but before yesterday's fill I could've snacked ALL DAY LONG if I let myself - hungry constantly. It's much better today. Jean
