Linda, No solid food for me today because I got a fill this morning (much needed - yeah!).  Tomorrow my surgeon wants me to "test" my band restriction.  This might be an interesting test for other WLS patients too.  I'm to measure out 2 cups of cottage cheese or cooked oatmeal (no solid protein or veg that might get stuck in my stoma), then eat until I get too full to eat any more, then measure what's left (if anything) to determine what my total capacity is.  If I'm able to eat more than 1 cup, then I don't have adequate restriction and need another fill.  I'm to do the test again a few days before my next appt. with him (in 4 weeks) to see if my capacity has changed.  Worth a try, anyway... B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk S: chocolate protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk S: 6 oz SF/FF yogurt L:  1 c. Healthy Request cream of chicken soup made w/ skim milk & Unjury chicken soup flavor protein powder S:  4 oz. SF/FF yogurt D:  1/2 c. baked ricotta S:  1 SF pudding Jean
