What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Monday..
Hi there Linda,
Not too much exciting here. We had a huge hail, thunder and lightning storm yesterday. Over an inch of hail!
Here's my food for today
B-Protein drink
S-yogurt and Kashi
L-turkey and cheese roll up and peanut butter and crackers
S-yogurt and Kasihi
D-not sure (going to a new bible study, don't know how much time I will have) Maybe cabbage and little bit of hamburger mixed in with it.
Man, that weekend goes by fast! Dang!
Take Care, friend,
Cheryl

Good morning Linda and Friends!
Waiting for a/c guy to call/come. That bugger came Fri. cleaned a/c, but didn't have the programable thermostat I had requested. I was all prepared to fly the coop today even if only to go to Big Lots or the grocery, anything not to be surrounded by these four walls again. It was too nice getting out Sat. and Sun. Heck, if I can do laundry, bake a pork loin, and pick up around the house, I surely can drive a short distance. It would be good practice for the longer (215 min.) drive I have tomorrow to the doc. I do so much better foodwise when I'm not stuck at home. Yesterday I munched way too much. Today is a new day!

Oops, that should read 20 min drive to doc. appt. tomorrow!
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - Almost afraid to start eating. probably cottage cheese or one of my many small containers of frozen leftovers (chili, spag. sauce, beef stew...)
S - yogurt
D - baked fish, veggies
S - depends on how I do during the day, probably peanut butter and crackers or cheese and crackers
Just got the weirdest craving for an egg - but, don't know if I'll be able flipping it. Can you see poor George coming home to egg all over the floor. He has the patience of a saint.
Have a great Tuesday #1
Debbie
It's worth a try. Other option would be walk across the street with egg in hand (better than egg on face ) and ask neighbor (former chef) to cook it for me! Can you believe we had three chefs on our block (son, neighbor, and her DH) can you imagine the delicious block parties we could have had. Son does more managing now than cooking, neighbor delivers pizza part time for her brother, making more money than working for a well-known, high priced restaurant here in N.O. She and DH are separated, he now works for the local newspaper, making more money and better benefits, they worked for the same restaurant.
Going downstairs to try my luck at egg frying lefthanded!!!
HUG to you too!
Deb
Hello Sweet Linda!
Crazy Tuesday #1 for me today for some reason...... Started out with my clock reading one hour earlier than it should. I got up an hour early and have been behind ever since.... go figure...
B-cottage cheese and berries
L-salad w/hard boiled egg
D-veggies and cheese (I think!)
Hugs,
Kathi
