Wish we had those SB nut medley bars around here....all my WalMart has is Cinnamon/Raisin, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Maple Nut. The Maple nut is awful!

Yesterday I was bad................'nuf said! Today's a new day and I will be back on track.

B - Wt. Control Oatmeal w/FF milk
and a tsp. of crunchy P.B.
L - Tuna Salad (me and the cat)
D - Homemade chicken chop suey
s/f butterscotch pudding

S - SB cereal bar, orange (the Calif. navel oranges are
absolutely out of this world now - so juicy and good, but
I have to eat it really slow or "The Keminator" growls)

Good Morning Everyone.... EM - EAS Protein Shake Chocolate of course... B    - 2 Eggs scrambled w/ cheese          Decaf Coffee L -     Cottage Cheese w /Strawberry Jam S -    Dannon Yogurt Peach Passion Smoothie w /1 scoop protein D -    Spinach Quiche (never prepared before gonna try) ES -   Don't know something low in calorie but high in protein - my            Apple & Peanut Butter put me over my calorie intake last night. Going to the Personal Trainer today 50 mins of weight training & 45 minutes of walking

Honey, I'm home That was a weekend of not enough water, not enough protein, nibbling on foods foreign to my body, but what the heck - it was wonderful! It didn't kill me, didn't make me sick, and today is a new day. WATER is a priority. Back to my usual menu today. Tom didn't get groceries so I need to check the supplies. The big bugger ate all my berries. How dare he go and get healthy on me. He discovered they are tasty on his bowl of ice cream every night.  Kisses Annette

Gooood morning, Linda and everyone!!!!!! The sun is out and it suppose to be fairly warm this week and so that is a GOOD thing!!!!!!! We went to a mission program last night at church. One of the girls from church went to Serra Leone Africa in December and they did a program on it and then the mission committee made a African meal for us. I tried some different things and man were they good. They made the things not spicey but I tried the plantains rolled in cayenne pepper and ginger. I liked them a lot too. So dinner was different than what I thought it was going to be. Just a spoon of this and that so nothing to bad.  I am going to do some grocery shopping this afternoon after Bill goes to work. I don't forsee anything major but some stuff that is in the sale paper before it goes off sale. I got the 5 slef pantry cabinet yesterday from freecylce and cleaned it up. I am going to put groceries in it and so I am going to be doing that today too. I am so glad that I am going to be getting some more cabinet space. I sure need it since Bill and I can hardly fit in the kitchen together. I can only guess how we did it before I lost so much weight. lol Here it goes for today. Hope that things work out so that it stays like this. lol B: SF maple and brown sugar oatmeal w/ skim milk L: egg salad D: either leftover ham or steak and veggies S: protein bar I think Have a great first Tuesday today. Know that I am sending love and hugs and hope that every one has a safe and blessed day today. Meet you all back here in the morning to start our second Tuesday.

LOL!! You are tooo cute! It is nice to have something else to eat. We can get stuck in a rut sometimes, and why should we do that as this is a life change, not a diet...smile. You sound much better than you did the other day, I am happy for you. Hugs!
